Yes, local pickup is available on the Gold Coast, QLD.

You’ll receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can use it to track your order on the Australia Post website: https://auspost.com.au.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number and a summary of your purchase details.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at puzzlesmodelsgames@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to process your request as soon as possible.
Please note that we’re unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been shipped.

All our packages are carefully checked before dispatch. If something is missing from your order, please email us at puzzlesmodelsgames@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the package contents (especially if you received the wrong item) as soon as possible.
We’ll investigate the issue and send any missing items to you promptly.
