If you find any missing or damaged parts when opening the product package, we’ll be happy to replace them in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
However, if any parts are damaged during assembly, we recommend first trying to repair the damaged part with glue — in most cases, this should be sufficient to resolve the issue. If the part is not easily repairable or has been lost, please feel free to contact us at puzzlesmodelsgames@gmail.com for a replacement. Please note that a replacement fee may apply.
